1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Chorny Sreda Sports Bar ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the chorny-sreda.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, or physical location related to us.

You agree that by accessing the website or our physical location, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site or visiting our premises and must discontinue use immediately.

4. Reservation and Booking Policy

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. We require a credit card to hold reservations for groups of 6 or more people.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for regular reservations.
• For event days and special occasions, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
• Failure to show up for a reservation without prior cancellation may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Conduct at Our Premises

When visiting our sports bar, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws regarding the consumption of alcohol;
• Not engage in disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior;
• Respect our staff, other customers, and our property;
• Not bring outside food or beverages into our premises;
• Comply with our dress code and age restrictions during certain hours.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask you to leave our premises if you violate these rules.

6. User Data and Account Security

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
